If anyone has attracted talent it's been Khan with his generous wielding of a check signing pen.

So, he's the fun uncle based on your experience in meeting rooms and practices where the fans and media aren't present, right? 

 

Gotta love the Olivier Vernon thing.  He wanted to play in NY.  He made no bones about that when he hit free agency.  Jacksonville wasn't eliminated from consideration because of coaching.  It was eliminated because Jacksonville isn't NYC. 

 

The big free agency acquisitions over the past 2 seasons (when the team has actually BEEN active in free agency) came here for a combination of reasons.  Money was certainly one of the big reasons, but go listen to the interviews to find out what else motivated them to pick Jacksonville over other options.  You'll no doubt be disappointed.
