Wiz kept his job after muffing shotgun snaps in I think 3 consecutive weeks.  That's fun uncle stuff.  I remember being completely up in arms after the 2nd week it happened.  

 

Bowanko was always there and played well his rookie year.  For Gus to have not made sure that the shotgun snapping situation was corrected after the 1st time it happened was concerning.  3 weeks in a row...  And yes, the perception that Gus is a "fun uncle" can easily be argued as factual and have real life examples to cite.

 

It's time for Gus to step up and be a real head coach.
