A huge part of being a head coach is getting players to buy in to your philosophy, and Bradley has done that better than most. He and Caldwell have made Jacksonville a place where high end players want to come to, instead of one of the last places any of them would even consider. That's what a good head coach gives you. If you think Bradley isn't integral in the process of making the Jaguars the hottest team in the NFL you must be dull. He's been the head coach throughout this entire rebuilding process, last year's offense was one of the best offenses the Jags have ever put on the field. And let's not forget that if you talk to anyone involved in football they will tell you that Bradley is a defensive genius. So give him some talent on that side of the ball and see what he does with it before making judgements.
