Who has cut the cord?

As far as Comcast is concerned, I know how frustrating they can be. Before I committed to cutting the cord, I called them about consolidating my internet and Cable in the hopes of lowering my monthly bill by dumping DirecTV. I logged into my Comcast account online and started shopping for cable plans. I found one that was acceptable only to call in to get set up and be told that the plan I found wasn't available in my area. Excuse me, I was logged into my account! Why would I be shown plans not available to me? Talk about bait and switch... I was done with them aside from internet until they called with the $5 upgrade.
