I can't imagine any other scenario where a team would give up a LT that's worthy of 1st round compensation except for Joe Thomas and the Browns who probably won't be able to benefit from his talents when they finally get good. And Joe Thomas for a 1st is still a bit questionable given that he'll be 32 in December.
We'll have to see how it plays out. I'm not expecting LT to be a major area of concern this year with the depth and competition. And if LT is a major sore spot I'd be shocked to be 6-2 or better at the halfway point. |
