I have always maintained that the tanking orders come from the owner. That has never, nor will ever change. 

 

If you want to be gullible and naive and pretend Houston isn't tanking, be my guest. 

 

Indy tanked in 2011 for Luck and Houston is tanking this season for Bridgewater. Most people see this except for those that choose not to. 

 

When Jax is mired for 3rd place in the division behind those 2 teams for the next decade with those 2 QB's, you'll still be pretending that those 2 teams never tanked, lol.
