To the casual-seasonal fan who periodically watch maybe 2-6 games a season and only watch the premier teams, their sentiment about the NBA is not a surprise in my opinion . If they only see highlights and games of Golden State/ Cleveland, OKC then they will tend to develop a view that only those teams are supposed to win. I never really get into a discussion with those type of fans because they dont watch the NBA enough to understand that teams like the Warriors, Cavs, and Thunder are more talented than the likes of the Blazers, Clippers, Heat and Raptors, etc.
Whether someone has a liberal, or conservative viewpoint, a authoritative figure should not lock a thread for the sole purpose to get the last word in all the while prohibiting someone else from being able to respond.
