I still think we're by far the most advanced as far as space is concerned (Curiosity Rover, anyone?). That said, I would love to see NASA's budget raised.
Neil deGrasse Tyson spoke about this in the Library of Congress 8 or so months ago. You can watch a video of his presentation here (warning: it's an hour and 42 minutes long). He may be slightly biased, but he raises some very good points. |
