The Sheriff agrees, and they're investigating the handling of the situation.  The story has certain elements that are certainly a bit off.  The report indicated a DUI screen was done, and that there was no concern about Robinson being impaired, but isn't fatigue considered impaired?  

 

You don't want a player getting into legal hot water, but if he did something that warranted charges, and the cop let it slide for whatever reason, that's not good.

 

I'm willing to give Robinson the benefit of the doubt here that he wasn't drunk or chemically impaired, and that it really was a fatigue thing.  I think, at a minimum,  the incident on its own warrants a drug test mandated by the league.
