San Diego has arguably the most incompetent owner/front office in all of sports, after he was drafted they (San Diego) indicated their eyes were on Bosa for nearly 3 years, by all accounts they view him as a once in a generation prospect. If you combine that sentiment with the fact that there hasn't been a top 3 pick (since the new CBA was implemented 5 years ago) that has signed a contract that includes offset language, it makes San Diego's stance on this issue inexplicable and simply unacceptable. Every day Bosa goes unsigned it proves Archie Manning was right, its tough to do business with an incompetent, arrogant, and unreasonable party, San Diego is trying to set a "precedent" that won't work, Bosa and his agent are right to not sign.
