Looking again - Fowler may have influenced Fitzpatrick to step up in the pocket, but Odrick moved his guy to collapse it, so -

 

Fowler made him try to step up - Odrick and Jackson made him step left into Yannick.

I like how Fowler quickly realized he wasn't going to get to Fitz once he stepped up and turned back up field to be able to make a play some other way if need be.
