You didn't, but it's an historical fact that ISIS was actually founded in 1999.  Who was the president? 

 

I'll give you a hint.  He had a thing for interns and thick ankles.  The same guy who had Osama bin Laden in his sights and chickened out, but beefed up his man cred by bombing an aspirin factory.

 

Bush wasn't responsible for ISIS.  Clinton was.  Bush wasn't responsible for the expansion of ISIS and the Muslim Brotherhood.  That was all on King Obama.
