Simone Biles touches the beam and still gets third place. I couldn't imagine being on that beam, but it happens.
America gets 2nd/3rd. Pretty good. Simone Biles will go after 2 more golds in the coming days. The most ridiculous thing is Laurie Hernandez was 4th in the floor routine, but because only two per country can compete, she's not allowed. Gymnastics has some dumb rules. If a country has the top 5 gymnasts in the world, they should all get to compete for the win. |
