If you were an elite talent acquired at an elite price point in one of the most lucrative fields in the world, I don't think you would be willing to take less or defer more than any other person who had ever been hired in your field. You would expect to be treated the same as those other hires, which is all Bosa is wanting.

 

2. Bosa would love to sign a simple rookie contract. The Chargers are the ones refusing to offer him the simple rookie contract. If Bosa's offer included what every other draft pick has gotten he would have signed it immediately like everyone else.
