If you google and read the article by the Colts punter, that's exactly what it is, even for alcohol.
He got busted for DUI or some other alcohol-related offense, and he was in the program for 2 years, over 100 urine tests in years . . . for alcohol. And failing to take the test on time counts as a failed to test. He had to check-in with the NFL every time he went out of town and see a counselor every week or something. He said he survived it by basically never leaving his house. That's how Blackmon's going to have to handle it if he wants to play in the NFL.
