If the team had a pass rush thar would of been a win.

The pass rushers weren't very good today, but let's be honest... We have been terrible in this soft cover 3 zone since Gus got here.
The defense is supposed to allow the underneath stuff and then come up and make the tackle. The problem is that we just concede the short stuff and then are shaky tackling. The pass rush has limited ability to affect the quarterback when timing throws are never disrupted. Don't get me wrong though, the pass rush was awful today too. They played way too scared of Rodgers feet... Like he was Vick in 2002 or something. Just bad all around. |
