Stop Forcing It To Yeldon/Lee
|
Quote:Lee played great yesterday. One of the few Jags that did. Blake's decisions on when and where to throw to him were sometimes bad. The screens in general were horribly executed (blocked and set-up poorly), called too often, and easily diagnosed by the defense. That's not Lee's fault. In a way, you made my point. Im not blaming Lee for the screens, thats what we call forcing it to him. The coaching staff has made him priority number 1 in the passing game. Its all a game plan, the screens, game planed. Lee is being force fed the ball, they are committed to the run game early on and then setting that up with the pass. Robinson is a ghost under this new game plan, as well as taking out Blakes scrambling ability, our offense has been exposed. Yes, they are forcing it to Lee, no, its not his fault, hes a decent player, but you have got to get the ball to your great players. Robinson, Hurns and Thomas. |
