Looks like we picked Seattle at a good time because they aren't very good. A ton of people went out yesterday picking them. It was glorious!
 

  The ankle injury Russell Wilson is dealing with and the problems the Seahawks have on their Offensive Line, in part because of the injury factor,  could indeed reinforce what you mentioned for at least the foreseeable future.   The Seahawks Defense is going to have to play like the 2000 Ravens Defense for them to win consistently until further notice.
