Want to compare Garrard and Foles?  Garrard had almost half the TD% that Foles has.  That's what makes him not a game manager.  

 

What opportunity has Mallett had to show it one way or the other? 

 

As said I'm not the only one giving the Lions share of the credit to Kelly and not Foles. Greg Cosell who breaks down film for a living has also done the same.....'except I was saying my opinion on Foles before Cosell reported his findings. (so people cannot say I am parroting Cosell)
