two things here in places like Chicago where the murder rate is through the roof stop and frisk might be a good idea but nationwide not so much.  The thing that scared me most here was Clinton saying it was ineffective, as if it would be okay to [BAD WORD REMOVED] all over our constitutions 4th amendment if it was effective.

 

She lied about it being ineffective. It was highly effective. Also, it is unconstitutional in the sense that you can't use it on the basis of race, which is absolutely true and why it was ended (though it is argued this could have been fought in court but it wasn't). Stop and frisk with its original intent (which is in effect in cities across the country) is absolutely constitutional.
