It's also basic econ 101.  Fixed costs like taxes aren't what drive a company's growth.  The variable costs like labor is what drives a company.  So you can cut as much taxes as you want, and that money just goes right to the top.

 

It's common sense too.  Think about it.  If you cut the taxes of a corporation, how does that increase demand?  It doesn't.  And as we all know, it's demand that drives a company's growth to increase labor.
