Regardless, our environmental regulations greatly hinder us while China and India's lack thereof greatly benefit them. This is a fact. Whether he was joking or not, India and China have record growth while simultaneously trashing the environment and we are A-OK with it.

 

Now, Don't forget, Hillary "forgot" meetings on document preservation. During my time in the military, you weren't allowed to forget document preservation because everything was automatically preserved when using their email servers, their network lines, etc. When it came to secret/TS equipment or documentation, you definitely didn't forget storage requirements because it was drilled into your head daily that mishandling it would be a criminal offense.
