Quote:First couple days were a little rough. You really have to properly prepare foods. I'm getting my carbs off potatoes basically but have increased my greens substantially. I'm a habitual convenience eater, and on it, I had to spend 30 minutes in Whole Foods trying to find something that I could eat for lunch. So that's a nice part of it, is it really makes you pay attention to what you are eating.Other than the pork part that sounds delicious. :-) I do chicken, fish, seafood, beef. No pork. And yeah, it does make you more aware of how and what you eat. I prefer actual and real food. The sight of fast food or any junk food turns my stomach. |
