I've been eating a ketogenic diet for the last while and it is glorious.

Basically it just means you eat little to no carbs and gorge yourself on high fat and high protein like meat/eggs/cheese with some green thrown in as well. Your body then adjusts and starts to burn fat as its primary energy source.

Rarely hungry and always have a ton of energy. Bread is the devil.
