***Official Broncos @ Chargers Thursday Night Football Game Thread***
|
Hi, Jaguars fans!
![]() Tonight is the 114th all-time regular season meeting (and one postseason game, 2014) with Denver leading the series with 63 wins, 49 losses, and 1 tie (17-17 in Denver, 1970) entering tonight. Broncos QB Trevor Siemien, who one year ago was the third-string QB behind Peyton Manning and Brock Osweiler, is starting again for Denver. Speculation also arises had Chargers RB Melvin Gordon had not fumbled in the first five games, the Chargers record would instead be 4-1. Denver won 9 of the 10 last regular season, and one post season game, outscoring San Diego 254 points to 178 points, dating back to November 2011. Jim Nantz and former N.Y. Giant QB Phil Simms are announcing the live TV game commentary, along with sideline reporter and interviewer Tracy Wolfson, simulcast on The NFL On CBS Sports, including locally on WJAX CBS Channel 47 in Jacksonville and WGFL CBS Channel 4 in Gainesville, The NFL Network, and on all computers and laptops on Twitter, beginning with the pregame show at 7:30PM Eastern Standard Time. Ian Eagle and former Jaguars and USC Trojan offensive lineman Tony Boselli are also announcing the live radio game commentary on international syndication on Westwood One Radio Sports, including locally on WJAX 930AM The FOX, and in Gaineville on WRUF Sports Radio 850AM. Sunny skies at 69 degrees is the game forecast inside Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, for the 8:25PM Eastern Standard Time kickoff. Denver and San Diego are wearing their special Nike NFL Color Rush uniforms for tonight's contest. Both the Broncos, and the Chargers and their cheerleaders continue to wear pink to support the NFL's 'A Crucial Catch' campaign to raise awareness on Breast Cancer Awareness Month. NO injuries to both the Broncos and Chargers, and GO BRONCOS!!!!! :woot: http://www.nfl.com/tnf http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2016101300/1016/REG6/broncos@chargers#menu=gameinfo&tab=preview http://tnf.twitter.com/ https://twitter.com/i/live/768633364911788032 http://www.nfl.com/pink We show less advertisements to registered users.
