Quite plain and simply, the reason jobs are outsourced either over seas or to Mexico is the cost of TAXES, REGULATION and unions in this country. A very good example of the latter would be the automotive industry among others. That being said, the cost of labor (wages) is certainly less expensive, but you have to remember. $1.00 here in the U.S. is worth several "dollars" in other countries.
