The last sentence is painful because right now we just fired a coach players were not listening to. Our new coaching staff will certainly include defensive assistants, who should help Ramsey next season.
 

  Prince Amukamara probably is helpful for Jalen Ramsey.   Yet,  I'm thinking more along the lines of a current NFL CB like what Rashean Mathis,  Charles Tillman, and Ike Taylor provided when they were still in the NFL in their 30s.   A player who the vast majority of people close to a team's situation recognize for their career accomplishments as one of the best players in the NFL and who brings excellent intangibles to the table.   

 

  Regardless what changes the Jaguars make to their coaching staff next season,   trying to provide the team's top 5 picks in recent seasons with the best possible chance to reach their potential seems like something that should be a priority.
