IMO, this can be a compounded problem when there's not enough veteran leadership. If only we could have hired Jim Schwartz . . . Then again I don't know where Philly's defense ranks in any category. Hopefully when other jobs are vacated in January, we can hire some outsiders with longer resumes. |
