Who starts will be on the new coach. And I don't think DC is going to handcuff himself to Bortles in a prove-it year.

  It's going to be interesting to see the market for Mike Glennon's services.   On one side,  the demand for winning caliber starting QBs in the NFL is greater than the supply.   On the other side,   the struggles with Houston of highly paid UFA QB Brock Osweiler,  another very tall QB.    My gut feeling is the demand factor will win out,  with a team ending up giving out a contract similar to what the Texans did with Osweiler.
