Unless you just wanna keep firing first round picks at quarterback until something works but thats no more a waste of time than romo
 

You lose your time, money, effort, and the ability to develop a viable option.

 

He brings nothing to the table for a young team with a development horizon that extends beyond he career.

 

You are bringing in a guy who is past his prime to a team that has yet to reach it's prime.

 

All you would be doing is forcing yourself to have to start the QB search and development process all over again when the rest of your roster is peaking.

 

This team needs to worry about a guy who can bring a high level of play over the period of years not some guy who has little if any future in this league.
