Potential Veteran QBs for 2014

Before Peyton Manning actually won a superbowl - was he also considered a choker and a QB that is "not elite".... please answer.
Even in the SEC he was a choker, was a choker early in his career, but people still thought he was elite because HE WAS elite. Schaub hasn't been able to get the Texans to the superbowl... injuries also played part in it. He's 1-1 in the playoffs, with his loss coming against Tom Brady. Let's not pretend he's like 0-10. Now, by no means am I saying Schaub is elite - but simply saying he is just like Henne is just wrong.
