But you're getting closer. The reduction and slotting has ended the need/cause for holdouts.

 

So I was right about something.

 

The whole idea for a "rookie wage scale" is to stop paying players for when they are drafted and instead pay them for what they do in the NFL. That is what I always read since the beginning of the new CBA negotiations. How can I read that over and over again and be totally wrong about it?
