As far as Bridgewater goes, I think he is neck and neck with Bortles. The difference, in my opinion, is that Bridgewater is going to need a ready made offense with good receivers to thrive. He might have a little more upside than Bortles if given top end receivers and decent time in the pocket. Bortles will thrive no matter where he goes. Bortles has the same accuracy as Bridgewater with less arm, but his legs have a knack for breaking down defenses and making plays. Bridgewater runs like Leftwich would if he could run a 4.5.
