With that said, Jon Gruden is a decent coach, but he won a Super Bowl with another guys players and talent. After that one year it was all downhill. I don't think he'd get lightning in a bottle here like he did in Tampa that one year. Pass.

Jon Gruden has said it several times early in multiple coaching cycles. You aren't convincing me a guy who does that is not serious about staying at ESPN.
