Maybe some guys didn't get enough chances to make plays, maybe some were overwhelmed, maybe some had injury issues. Whatever the reason, they could develop in a minor league system led by former NFL coaches. I would give each player a maximum of 3 years to be in the minor league. If they haven't been signed by an NFL team in this time period, they would no longer be eligible for the minor leagues. If it was something like this, during the spring, I would watch it. |
