One other thing though, why does the article mention the Jaguars SOS being .536 and the Bears SOS being .525? The latest SOS percentages I saw were from the article I posted above from back in April? Where are they getting these different numbers from?

  The numbers from that article are the Strength of Schedule based on the 2015 results.

 

  In terms of the 2017 Draft,  tiebreakers will be based on the Strength of Schedule based on the 2016 results.   Those results can be calculated at this time through the 239 NFL regular season games that have been played.   There are still 17 more NFL regular season games to be played.    Once those are completed,   the final strength of schedule numbers will be complete.
