During the draft us falcon fans wanted a pass rusher bad... So we looked at Dante Fowler,Randy Greg, Shane Ray, and Vic Beasley.. The only problem i had with Dante was on film i didnt see an explosive player.. The combine kinda showed that .... I think he is athletic.

 

I was a big Beasley and Shane Ray guy ... Shane Ray workout numbers was not good but looking at his film.. I saw a guy quick off the ball with some power... a poorman khalil mack type with development

 

Alot of draft guys was low on Beasley .. They said he couldnt cover speed to power and ill admit most of his college moves was straight speed rush but i thought his skill set screamed a ceiling of Von Miller or a floor of Bruce Irvin

 

even von miller who calls beasley his lil brother said they are the same type of rusher

I think Fowler can be a good player...  I just think he can develop into a more all around player then a like top in sack guy .... Thats a very good player
