He got an extension. I dont think he was mad at all, maybe a little since he is not in full control, but he will learn from the best. Jags value Caldwell a lot, if not, he would not of been extended. Coughlin will be here to try and get this team installed with a winning culture and competing, if the team turns around quickly, after Coughlin, Caldwell can get full control again.
