Sure, you can make B. O. B. The scapegoat, but it isn't his fault osweiler is garbage.

 

 Bill O'Brien can't be paid enough for taking the Texans to the playoffs with arguably the worst starting QB in the NFL:

 

 Will Fuller certainly didn't help Brock Osweiler's cause when dropping a long pass in the end zone the other night in New England.   Yet,  the following tidbit sums up what the Texans invested in at the starting QB position.
