The idea of retaining Henne has been floated several times in the past few weeks.  The logic used is his consistency and ability as a backup.  Personally..  I never want to see him in a Jags uniform ever again.  Consistency..  minimum of 4 balls batted at the line of scrimmage every week.  He has NEVER shown the ability to string together more than two games where he looks like a remotely serviceable QB.  When his statline looks decent, its because he put up yards and points in garbage time..  just like he did today.  This team FINALLY is giving the sense they are progressing.  We should hold on to Henne because he was better than Gabbert?!?  Please.  Dude is straight doo doo.  He may be a swell guy, but let's move on.  Just because we're not used to getting better at the QB position doesn't mean we should continue to settle for subpar play.  We can do better.
