We have a ton of cap room and have for a long time. When your team isn't doing very well and you dont play in the huge and desirable market, you tend to pay a bit more for talent. It is possible that we overpay for Prince a bit but it isn't like we don't have the cash, and he is proven commodity. Could we spend the same amount and get a better player in FA? possibly, but there's a good chance we bring someone in who was better somewhere else and they stink up the joint. The secondary was pretty good last year, why do we need to mess with it, aren't there enough question marks on this team already?
