Instead of fighting the courts, why not accept defeat when warranted?


 

Trump should accept that his executive order failed, and then while taking into account all of the legal reasoning presented as to why it failed, come up with an entirely new executive order. In this manner he can establish a better relationship with the courts while doing what it takes to protect our nation from ISIS


 

 

...at least do this much should it also fail in the Supreme Court... there's no reason to fight an internal war when we have a war with ISIS to fight.
