Depressing to see the court act like un-elected tyrants and usurp this much power. Removing the constitutional and historic power of the executive branch to regulate immigration? A seriously bad move and the damage this will cause would be insurmountable.
HOWEVER, The 9th circuit has the HIGHEST reversal rate in the US on cases that go to the Supreme Court. The EO is fully within the executive branch's legal authority. It should be reversed. |
