I like Cook more than Fournette as of today. I think Fournette should have gutted it out one more year for the Tigers after being banged up and worn down last year. They're about the same player production wise. Cook edges him out a lot more though in the receiving game. And I think career wise he was more consistent than Fournette. 

 

Cook was contained in maybe two games last year. One of which was in a first half blowout to Louisville which put FSU in automatic passing mode. Fournette, on the other hand. He started the year off really strong and then faded out against Alabama and Florida. Was a none factor at all. Saw the same thing against Alabama in 2015 and Arkansas to an extent. I just don't think I trust Fournette more than Cook. 

 

Cook offers more as a running back. So, we'll see. I am not against this team taking either one of them. I think both of them will be solid players at the next level. I just think track record wise when the competition was stiff on defense and when it comes to health concerns. Cook has Fournette beat by a country mile.
