Just an aside, but the QBR rating is proprietary, meaning that the formula to calculate it is unknown.  Me personally have seen way to many silly stats that it produces to take the QBR seriously.  I think QB rating is closer on the whole, as it takes in percentage and average distance.  It also rewards to TDs and penalizes for interceptions.
