One could argue that along with the end of the FY retiring debt, the increased revenue sparked by the POTUS's new and proposed policies did in fact, reduce debt. With that said, not really anything to get excited about until after the FY2017 budget resolution gets signed. Then we'll get a feel for what is to come. The positive, at least it didn't rise!
