We have College between age 16 & 18 then University thereafter. College isn't obligatory so you can technically leave school and go straight into full-time work/career/apprenticeships. For full-time work you need to be 16, though. Regarding Graduation, I'm sure the date varies anyway.. but I would consider someone a student until they've 'officially' left education.
