Dave has potential, but no doubt he has been a failure up to this point as a GM.  Yes he has made some good draft moves and very few good FA moves but looking at his work here as a whole, he should of been fired with Gus.  He is lucky to still have a job here so hopefully he can learn from Couglin these next couple of years if he last that long.  But, he will probably be out the door next year if Bortles doesn't improve and for good reason on top of the many others.
