If they waste the #4 pick on a QB, they better trade Bortles, because both of them cannot be on this roster.

 

It'd do nothing but cause problems. We'd be stuck playing QB roulette all season long.

 

Any time Bortles would make a mistake, everybody would want the #4 overall pick to play. Soon as the #4 overall pick started making mistakes (which wouldn't take long), everybody will want Bortles back in. Rinse, wash and repeat all season.

 

QB at #4 would be the worst possible pick.
