Next FA Acquisition?

OK...So the Jags did a masterful job of building a solid defensive corps through free agency on Thursday. Now, what is missing? What is left in the market to fill the glaring needs of our offense? Who do we target next? The obvious answer is O-Line.

1) TJ Lang - best G still available, but is meeting with Seahawks today. Jags have seemingly shown no interest

2) Nick Mangold - A Pro-Bowl Center who would be an excellent stop gap for the next couple years and could move Linder to his RG spot

3) Kelvin Beachum - We know his abilities and could play LG and would be a solid backup to Albert at LT

4) Ryan Clady?

5) DJ Fluker?

My choice would be to sign Mangold and re-sign Beachum and then draft BAP OT/G in 2nd (Robinson, Lamp, Bolles, Dawkins, Feeney) and BAP C/G in 3rd (Pocic, Elflein, Orlosky, Fuller) or TE in 3rd (Shaheen, Butt, Everett, Leggett)

pass on all of those guys besides Lang, but i dont think hes coming here.

We already signed abry but Hankins would make a lot of sense to sign as a more legit nose.

Kelvin Beachum or TJ Lang should be it IMO Albert hasn't played a full 16 games in any of the four seasons he played with the Dolphins so his health is a major concern

We are probably done you're right buuut it wouldn't hurt to get either Kelvin Beachum or TJ Lang.

and we still need a TE bad. but if we ended up trading back in the draft that would solve both our OG and TE issue because if we can two firsts (highly doubt we will but we can dream)

Probably only depth at this point. They'll look for starting guard in the draft.

Wouldn't shock me to see Beachum back. I would hate to see an impressive rebound the second year off ACL surgery happen on another team.

Any predictions on what the starting OL will look like?

No. At this point it's too depressing to think about.

Yes, same as last year outside of Albert.

Ask the Tians if selecting rookie Jack Conklin was a mistake. Call me back after and let me know what they said.
Shock the world

Wasnt he a top 10 pick? OL is weak in this years draft and we are not picking OL with our first pick.

Jon Robinson has been killing it as a GM .. but then he signed Cyprian. I guess we all make mistakes

I'd like to see him be brought back as well. I asked Mike Kaye about it yesterday and he seems to believe it's unlikely.
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS

Don't know if anyone else posted this, but this is the kind of day two deal that's worth it to me.

CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports there is a "very good chance" free agent NT Dontari Poe signs a one-year, prove-it deal.
